Essential amenities like toothbrush, clean towels, kettle, hair dryer, premium shampoo and body wash are provided, and plug points at each side of the bed 4. Staff is overall friendly (except for one on 2nd day) 5. Good location with local food nearby 6. Modern minimalist settings yet cozy with wooden writing table and chair, side tables, luggage rack, and plenty of clothes hangers

The room was spacious. I especially like the large table that was very useful for someone like me who travel for work and need to do a lot of paperwork. I also like the hotel policy of not providing bottled drinking water but instead provide a water dispenser machine just outside my room, how convenient. My room was without window, but still, it did not feel suffocated because the room was just so spacious.

We had a two-bedroom suite for 4 adults. Wish there was an option for 2 single beds per room but that is not the case. They can only have 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and the second bedroom with a double bed perhaps due to space constraint. Overall the beds and pillows were comfortable. Location is convenient because it's walking distance to good food!

We have stayed there for 2 nights and everything was amazing. The hotel is really clean. Design of lobby was great. Room facilities were fine too. Special thanks to staff at the reception, who were always friendly! The bus stop was nearby. I think that this hotel is worth of visiting in Penang as for this price many options on Booking were kinda old.

It is a relatively new hotel. We got a 2 bedroom suite and it was better than expected. It was clean and well maintained. The location at Transfer Rd is fantastic. There are many good eateries all within walking distance. Providing indoor slippers was a nice touch.
