The room was spacious. I especially like the large table that was very useful for someone like me who travel for work and need to do a lot of paperwork. I also like the hotel policy of not providing bottled drinking water but instead provide a water dispenser machine just outside my room, how convenient. My room was without window, but still, it did not feel suffocated because the room was just so spacious.

We have stayed there for 2 nights and everything was amazing. The hotel is really clean. Design of lobby was great. Room facilities were fine too. Special thanks to staff at the reception, who were always friendly! The bus stop was nearby. I think that this hotel is worth of visiting in Penang as for this price many options on Booking were kinda old.

Clean and comfortable. The location is pretty good. Walking distance to many places. There several good cafes and eateries close by, both local and international.

We had a two-bedroom suite for 4 adults. Wish there was an option for 2 single beds per room but that is not the case. They can only have 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and the second bedroom with a double bed perhaps due to space constraint. Overall the beds and pillows were comfortable. Location is convenient because it's walking distance to good food!

I stayed in a family double bedroom—it was very spacious. The bathroom and toilet were comfortable, the air conditioning was cold, and the water pressure for showering was strong. Everything was clean, and the lighting was good. Overall, it was a great experience, from the staff service to the room itself. If you’re looking for food, there are several eateries nearby within walking distance.

Clean room with a decent city view and a convenient location near restaurants and nightlife. walkable to most parts of town. The essentials are provided, making it a suitable option for a short stay. Good for value and helpful staff.

This hotel is very near to so much makan place. You can just walk to Chowrasta Market. Just accross the hotel there is Halal Hokkien Mee Udang. Though it is just simple hotel the ambiance are good like an exclusive hotel. There are limited roof parking but luckily I manage to parked there even I reached the hotel at 9 pm. Although the building are just three floor but they provide lift.

It is a relatively new hotel. We got a 2 bedroom suite and it was better than expected. It was clean and well maintained. The location at Transfer Rd is fantastic. There are many good eateries all within walking distance. Providing indoor slippers was a nice touch.

1. Clean room and bathroom, stainless bedsheet and pillow covers, air-cond is cold 2. Free parking (on first come basis) 3. Essential amenities like toothbrush, clean towels, kettle, hair dryer, premium shampoo and body wash are provided, and plug points at each side of the bed 4. Staff is overall friendly (except for one on 2nd day) 5. Good location with local food nearby 6. Modern minimalist settings yet cozy with wooden writing table and chair, side tables, luggage rack, and plenty of clothes hangers
